KEY OBJECTIVES:
The Sales Engineer shall act as the primary technical resource for the field sales force. The chosen candidate shall be responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the customer?s key technical advisor and product advocate for our products.
He must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users.
The Sales Engineer must be able to identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.
Must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The chosen candidate shall be:
? Responsible for marketing and sales development and likewise delivery of product demonstrations
? Responsible for representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
? Able to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
? Able to convey customer requirements to Product Management teams
? Able to travel throughout sales territory.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
To be successful in this job, the candidate;
1. Must be self-motivated with a proven track record in product sales and technically savvy.
2. Must be comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.
3. Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs, RFQs, and when submitting reports.
4. Must be highly organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
5. Must be keen to detail.
6. Must be prepared for extensive travel.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
? Male, 24 - 30 years old, preferably single
? Must be a graduate of engineering course such as mechanical, electrical, civil, or industrial or any related fields is preferred. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
? Must be a permanent resident of Butuan City. Applicants from nearby Barangays in Agusan Del Norte, Surigao Del Norte, Misamis Oriental, and Cagayan De Oro City may also apply.
? With or without experience may apply
? Experience and familiarity construction and mining products is a plus.
? With valid Driver?s License RC 1 & 2
? Can drive motorcycle or one who owns a motorcycle shall be preferred.
